With more than 15 years of professional and leadership experience across Nigeria and the United Arab Emirates, Abdulhafiz has worked across business development, corporate operations, procurement, logistics, international trade, investment facilitation, regulatory engagement and strategic partnerships.
His professional career has included leadership responsibilities in Nigeria and Dubai, supporting business growth, restructuring, market entry, licensing, international expansion and engagement with investors, institutions, regulators and commercial stakeholders.

Abdulhafiz is the Founder of the Abdulhafiz Umar Gusau (AUG) Foundation, which provides practical, needs-based support in education, healthcare, poverty alleviation, food security, economic empowerment, support for widows and orphans, persons with disabilities, housing, water and sanitation, community infrastructure and emergency welfare assistance.
Programmes have supported students with school-fee, registration and examination needs; patients with medical, surgical and diagnostic assistance; women and small-scale entrepreneurs with livelihood support; vulnerable households with food and cash relief; and communities with housing, water, sanitation and selected infrastructure assistance.
His approach to leadership and service is rooted in practical impact, dignity, compassion, inclusion, accountability and respect for institutions and communities.
